Courier is any person in the Dylyver community who is commuting or travelling somewhere, who has a spare space and can help others to deliver their items. The idea is that if you are travelling someplace on foot or by bicycle, car, van, train or plane and have some excess space in your bag or vehicle then take something with you on your way. This way you can help senders deliver their packages and earn some extra money for your efforts to cover your trip expenses.
You can do it on an occasional basis while commuting to work or travelling on a vacation or you can make it your primary source of living by delivering items for others in Dylyver community. It’s up to you.
That’s easy. Download the Dylyver Cargo app from iOS or Android stores. Then enter the necessary profile data and attach your profile photo. You should also add your credit card to make payments and bank account information to receive payments. If someone referred you, please make sure to type in the referral ID of that User. After you register simply tap ”I want to deliver” icon on the main dashboard of the Dylyver Cargo app and follow the on screen instructions.
One way is to input your travel route details in Cargo app in order to get only those delivery requests that fall on your way. Alternatively, you can skip this step and go to the full list of deliveries that are currently pending.
Once the item is marked as delivered we will process the payment and show the transaction/payment in your account. Dylyver will pay out your earnings to your digital Dylyver wallet automatically on a 7 day rolling basis (weekly). Depending on your country you will then be able to withdraw your earnings in multiple ways, including: bank accounts, debit cards, MoneyGram, Western Union, etc.
Yes, you can definitely accept and deliver as many packages on your way as you want. Make sure that by accepting multiple requests you still commit to the delivery time you agreed with the other senders.
If not agreed otherwise with the Sender, please deliver the item(s) to its destination within 48 hours following the item pick up.
Most countries allow you to take items to help cover the cost of your travel without tax implications. However, if delivering items is what you do for a living, you would be required to pay taxes on your earnings. However, we strongly advise that you talk to your local tax professional for proper guidance in your particular area.
In order to protect the assets and property of our users Couriers are made personally liable for any losses and damages caused to parcels during the delivery up to the amount (item value) entered by senders at the beginning of the delivery. So, before you accept a delivery order make sure you have enough funds on your card to accept the request.
In case you identify that sender wants to send illegal or hazardous substances or firearms as well as any other items that are prohibited by law in your area, you have the right to cancel the delivery.
Dylyver is a community based on trust, integrity and mutual respect. If recipient is not at the destination at the time of delivery, please wait and try to get in touch with recipient and sender via chat or call them directly to agree on next steps. If recipient fails to answer his mobile phone and messages and there is no other way to hand over the item to recipient, then press report an issue in the app and choose “Recipient is not at the destination”. Please follow the on-screen instructions and kindly return the item back to sender within the next 2 days. A return fee will be added to the total delivery price to compensate you for your efforts.
